Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Working closely on day-to-day activities pertaining to all official and personal matters as
- Independent correspondence via Mail, letters, phone calls with external and internal
- Scheduling of appointment and co-coordinating with all
- Planning & organizing Travel arrangements (personal and official)
- Attending all meetings and documenting the minutes of all of
- Maintaining the Calendar (Date, Time, and Venue); scheduling/rescheduling appointments /
Assisting and accompanying to all program venues, all meeting venue and business calls within and outside Mumbai limits.
- Someone who reads and accepts
- Ensure that various files/ documents are maintained and updated and are sent well before every meeting scheduled/starts.
- Excellent in making presentations (PPT)
- Assisting in Content creation for various programs as and when directed
- Making analytical study of reports, MIS and brief the Management Team
- Representing the office of the Management Team whenever
- Knowledge Up gradation, reading, listening to all our Audio-videos and documentation of all
- Attending special customer requests and complaints and responding to
- Hands on Technology Digital Media
- Advising Chairman on various issues
- More of Thinking, Being Proactive & Self-Motivated
- Constant Self Up gradation
Educational Qualifications
Min. Bachelors Degree (Along with Diploma would be preferred/handy)
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point (MS Office)
- Experience in Digital Media
- Exceptional English written & verbal communication is a must.
Desired Qualification:
- Good personality and communication - High energy, willing and keen to learn,
- Be available on calls and quick responses
- Ability to work beyond the call and time of
- Proactive approach towards work - Ability to work in challenging
- Willingness to travel and work beyond the timelines.
- Open to work on feedback given from time to time.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum graduation is required. Fresher should be ok with good attitude towards work and good communication skills.
