Job Description

Maintain business relationships with multiple stakeholders for smooth running of operations
Drive transformation through best in class practices within current teams to develop best in class operations
Work with the transition managers for seamless migration of work from onshore locations to Hyderabad site
Work as an independent Ops leader to take care of all operational and people issues for the site
Conduct Operational Business Reviews with onshore counterparts and management team internally
Assist in building, reviewing and adhering to the annual business plan
Ensure the Production Team and Supervisors continually improve their performance and meets Service Level Agreements/Performance Guarantee goals
Review work results of the team and their pattern of handling claims queues and adjustments
Collaborate with Human Capital to develop and implement retention strategies and champion the People Engagement practices
Produce annual business plans including operating budgets
Negotiate solutions, resolve conflicts and anticipate/handle critical situations
Develop, motivate and retain employees and challenging the team to set ambitious goals
Provide regular performance feedback and give frequent formal and informal coaching sessions
Required Qualifications:
Graduate - minimum
12-15 years of experience with large scale operations in Back office BPO
5+ years of hands-on work experience of US Healthcare industry-Revenue Cycle, Payer/Provider Medical Coding
Extensive experience in interactions with Clients/Onshore teams
Hands-on experience in managing P&L for the Process
Handled a minimum span of 400-500 FTE s
Project Management: demonstrated experience such as customer service, claims or medical and/or health insurance
Proven track record of sound business judgment and experience of change management
Excellent communication skills, relationship building and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
Knowledge of P&L management including various levers to optimize margins and ensure minimal revenue Leakage
Knowledge of Forecasts and the Budgeting process
Ability to successfully supervise and lead others
Ability to work collaboratively with sub-ordinates, peers and senior management
Open to Travel
Ability to work India Day time shifts and limited coverage with US day time for meetings with business
Preferred Qualifications:
AAPC/AAHIMA certifications like CPC
Six Sigma/Lean Sigma certification
MBA from a reputed institute
US Healthcare Industry background,
