Roles & Responsibilities:
The role holder will have
- Good understanding of Asset, Liabilities, Payments, Finance as relevant to Indian Banking industry
- Broad understanding of business / product knowledge, including industry practices,ability to assess cross functional impact across multiple systems in the ecosystem
- Own product development and delivery, functional specifications and development of solutions for Digital Banking solutions
- Act as a catalyst for cross functional and cross organizational collaboration. Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project phase
- Develop and champion product strategy, along with architectural vision and development roadmap.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for multiple squads
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with Bank's strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with product teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and drive ROI
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Research and analyze market, the users, and develop the roadmap for product enhancements
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Secondary Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills, self driven, motivated, proactive approach and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Ability to guide, mentor and manage a talent pool of Business Analysts, Functional Analysts, Test Architects.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Be a servant leader and collaborate with team members from varied backgrounds & disciplines to drive squad outcomes
