Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for Technical Support Engineer having experience in .Net and SharePoint Support to join our growing team.

Job Location - Pune / Kochi

The Role

Resolving customer queries and issues in the .NET and SharePoint applications
Technical Support for US, UK, Europe, Australia or Gulf clients L2 /L3 support

Required Candidate profile

The ideal candidate would have -

Knowledge of CMS, SharePoint and Office365 - Content Types, Metadata, List, Library, Versioning, Publishing Site, Team Site, Site, Site Collection etc
C# .NET - .NET Framework Basics (Assembly, CLR, CLS, CTS, Garbage Collection), Generics/Collections, LINQ, Enitity Framework, Idisposable etc.
SQL Server - RDBMS, Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Indexes, JOINS, Transaction Management etc.
Experience in Development and QA Processes - Agile, Waterfall software development processes.
Expertise in Application support and maintenance Tools like Remedy, Zendesk etc.
Defect tracking tools like TFS, QC, JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps etc.
Knowledge on XML related technologies - XML Schema, XSD, accessing XML by using C#.NET
Knowledge on WCF, WebServices, Web technologies - SOA Architecture. Web Services basics and usage. How it works ?

Domain Knowledge:

Content Migration domain and related tools or products experiences would be a plus.

Knowledge of the following would be a distinct advantage:

SharePoint add-ins
SharePoint framework
Microsoft Flows
Angular JS, Knockout
Data analytics and processing

Personal Attributes:

Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions.
Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal).
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize when under pressure.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
