Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain to improve software performance, maintainability, and resiliency
• Identify and investigate problem areas, conduct root cause analysis, propose and implement mitigating solutions
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Attend and contribute to agile ceremonies (scrum calls, retrospectives, etc.)
• Play an individual contributor / senior engineer role within project for next 3 years at least
• Participate in Hackathon Program, Hiring Drive
• Take E2E ownership of technical delivery

Required Qualifications:

• More than 7+ years of experience with Java (Object Oriented Programming), Spring Boot, MVC, Hibernate, DDD, Microservices, Event Driven & API Gateway
• Knowledge or experience Angular/ React framework
• Container technologies: Docker, Messaging, Data Repository
• Databases: RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL variants
• Strong understanding of distributed source control management systems like Git
• Preferred some cloud exp AWS/ Azure
