Primary Responsibilities:
  • Represent the service across the organization and manages the risk of operating the service
  • Provide input in service attributes such as performance, availability, stability etc.
  • Participate in Infrastructure or Project Life Cycle Manage reviews for the service
  • Be able to sit through and assist the POs and product owners for prioritization of features
  • Ensures any changes to the service follows the change management workflow
  • Yearly service audits/updates/attestations
  • Participate in negotiating the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensures that performance meets the requirements of the defined SLAs
  • Peak season readiness and management
  • Provides reporting and metrics in operational and delivery performance of the service
  • Understands ATA / SOWs and participates in creating them with Business
  • Be able to manage a team for at least 10-15 people
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • Production Support and Delivery Experience with total cost of ownership concept for production systems
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps models and with leveraging the Rally or equivalent tool
  • Experience with Data or datawarehousing / ETL applications
  • Good communication skills in order to convey issues/solutions to the business users in a timely manner
  • Good analytical ability and technically strong to drive problem till conclusion
  • Ability to be technical and learn technologies not worked with in the past
  • Ability to apply Delivery and Production Operating experience to assess system design and propose options to ensure solution meets business needs in terms of security, scalability and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leveraging ServiceNow for Incident Ticket management
  • Experience in understanding and speaking to transformational architectures
