Employee Experience Lead @ Amazon

Job Description

DESCRIPTION
Amazon's Last Mile Analytics and Quality (LMAQ) team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced lead to drive employee experience. He/she would act independently to define and execute processes in the employee experience domain across an L7 org. The individual should be a people's person and engage effectively with team & stakeholders. The individual should have demonstrated high ownership with good exception handling capabilities and ability to drive multiple complex projects to closure.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Collect employee feedback, identify pain points and create org level engagement roadmap
2. Be the point of contact for assigned BUs, all internal Amazon functions and program teams and drive engagement activities across the org.
3. Manage Vendors for all initiatives such as - Off-sites, Meals, goodies and PEAK activities and drive global/local engagement initiatives such as - Global day of caring, Prime day, Women's day, etc.
4. Acting as a communication coordinator. Creating monthly BU level newsletters
5. Work with HR to drive org wide Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
5. Conduct focus groups and 'open action' items tracker updates
6. Track inputs to employee experience and close loop with teams
7. Make sure LMAQ is represented and featured in central Amazon forums / News-letters and Company-wide communication
8. Be the point of contact for Admin and support functions like facilities and be the voice of the employee for all issues and feedback related to these functions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
. Ability to independently create graphic based content (ex: flyers, mailers, newsletters)
. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Ability to work flexible hours as per various shifts in the team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Part of Fun team or demonstrated history of contribution to team engagement activities
. Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team
. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
