As a part of our latest transformation, we are searching for an experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our rapidly growing Hyderabad Center of Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality is at the heart of engineering practices, with a bias towards test and tooling automation. Additional responsibilities include reviewing functional and technical requirements, performing research, designing solutions, and developing QA solutions for web-based and desktop enterprise applications. Automated testing experience is a requirement for this role. Candidates lacking automated testing experience will not be considered.
- You will lead and foster an automation first approach for your scrum team(s)
- You will utilize latest versions of our technology stack and be encouraged to think creatively in order to produce high quality, reusable and maintainable automated testing solutions
- You will perform manual and exploratory testing against functionality developed by members of your agile team(s)
- You will work closely with the Product Owner and scrum team(s) to help deliver high quality features inside of agreed timescales
- You will provide technical mentorship and upskilling to scrum team members and across functional boundaries where appropriate
- You will consistently challenge Acceptance Criteria and Test Coverage
- You will lead by example, contributing to a culture of high quality, personal ownership and customer focused execution
Required Candidate profile
Required Skills & Experience:- 5-8+ years of commercial development with extensive automation testing experience
- Solid experience with Java
- Testing tooling such as Selenium, and TestRail
- Proficiency in authoring, reviewing, and executing manual test cases (JUnit / Mock / NSubstitute)
- SQL and relational database concepts
- Exposure to Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices
- Experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks (NUnit / Moq/NSubstitute)
- Modern source control systems (Git, BitBucket, TFS, Perforce etc.)
- Agile, Scrum, XP, TDD
- JSP, MVC, Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS, LESS, Typescript, Web Sevices, Rest API
- Computer Science
- OO concepts and design patterns
- Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure)
- Experience conducting one-on-one meetings and reviewing performance of team members
- Experience with enterprise legal management (ELM)

UG: B.Sc - Electronics, Computers, B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
