Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze transactions received and determine appropriate path for handling
Attach submitted files or download files for attachment to sales orders as needed
Make edits to existing orders as additional information is provided/obtained
Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of the order
Timely and accurately communicating to the customer on clarifications of the request
Fair knowledge of general order entry procedures, pricing, and replacement orders
Strong ability to understand, communicate with, and effectively interact with people across cultures
Ensure service delivered to customers meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including number of orders entered per hour, error percentage, credit & Claims, reworks, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated ability to close gaps and drive to root cause analysis
Proven ability to work well under pressure to meet order deadlines
Good communication skills Ability to comprehend customers request
Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
High customer service orientation
Experience in international process and should be ok to work in night shifts.
