Responsible for scheduling & timely dispatches
Plan and manage employ shifts
Train and educate handlers on appropriate handling and loading of consignments.
Responsible for prompt functioning of loading and unloading activity
Oversee appropriate segregation and transshipment of LRs
Maintaining records of all past hub activity
Prompt escalation of issues such as short, excess and damage of articles to management.
Send daily status reports to reporting heads
Candidate should be active

Should have 05 - 08 Years of experience in Cargo Industry is mandatory - handling hub/ warehouse. Should have good communication skills. Leadership qualities and timely adherence of the schedules.
