Job Summary:
- Exp: 0-2 yrs
- Excellent knowledge of QA practices and software engineering processes
- Ability to write test cases and test strategies
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot defects or errors
- Sound knowledge of python scripting
- Familiarity with any defect tracking tool preferably Jira
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in POS Domain, EMV and PCI Standards is an additional advantage
- Self-motivated and eagerness to learn new skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in manual/automation testing
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding EMV Contact and Contactless specifications for various card schemes like Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc
- Analyzing requirements, understand the product functionalities and prepare use case scenarios
- Design test cases and test scripts
- Developing/enhancing test tool for End-to-End testing using python
- Testing of assigned software components and complete system tests
- Performing L2 and L3 testing of EMV contact and contactless kernels using UL/ICCSim tool
- Defect logging and tracking
- Responsible for providing daily status updates, issues, concerns to the QA Lead
- Participate in test reviews as and when needed and provide valuable feedback
- Consult with development engineers in resolution of problems
- Maintain excellent communication and relationship with various stake holders of the project
Please note team is looking only for the candidate who have good experience in manual testing with Python scripting.
Manual + Java will not be considered.
