Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop new and/or enhance existing application or system code as assigned or provided in technical specifications
• Perform the day to day functions such as running of existing programs, applications, jobs, reviewing logs for errors, writing or editing software and code, performing testing activities, and updating documentation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• B Tech / MCA or equivalent experience in related roles
• 3+ years of experience in .Net Technology
• Working experience with Core Development Team (Programming Team) - not the Technical Support Team
• Work Experience in web and windows application (both)
• Experience in Wire framing and UI prototyping
• Working knowledge in Java Script, JQuery, ASP .NET, Entity Framework, MVC Framework and C#
• Working knowledge in Chart Library like Highchart, Google etc.
• Knowledge of automation skillset - any automation tool or DLLs integration
• Working knowledge in SQL - TSQL, Trigger, Stored Procedure, function, temp table
• Proven strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Proven strong relationship-building and communication skills with team members and business users
• Willing to learn new technology
• Open for Development and Support

Preferred Qualifications:

• WFM knowledge - metrics and its formula etc.
• Working knowledge in SSIS Package - Create and maintain SSIS ETL packages and SSRS Reports
• Worked with AGILE principles
