Job Description

Title: IT Recruiter

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Location: JNTU, Hyderabad

We are looking for an IT HR Recruiter to work on our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Responsibilities:
Work together with managers to identify future hiring needs
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
Provide shortlists of competent candidates to hiring managers
Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirement
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an IT HR recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgment
