Responsibility:Ability to lead the Team in meeting assigned targets for customer centric service operation in North and strategic objectives in assigned key accounts. Develop relationships across the target customer accounts. Increase awareness about Thermo Fisher scientific products within the users in the account. Work closely with Sales Team / Supply Chain and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Ensure customer is satisfied with the performance of our instrument and the intended application is productive for customer. Develop a win-win relation with customer and project Thermo Fisher as a valued partner. He should collaborate and contribute to achieving Teams commercial goal. Ability to forecast accurately commercial deliverables and drive the same to meet target. Attend installation, maintenance, and break-down calls of customer. Guide customer in planning and maintaining optimum spares stock. Participate in implementation of process improvement initiatives associated with customer centric service operation.
Communication Skill - Candidate should posses strong communication skill in English.
Mobility - The job demands extensive touring and therefore, candidate should be ready to travel frequently.
Experience:Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics with minimum 75% marks in aggregate.
Candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience in managing business commercial independently. Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of computer controlled high cost analytical instruments like XRF, XRD, ICP etc used in Cement and Metal Industries for their research and quality control. Candidate should have expertise in mapping skill matrix of Team members and plan appropriate improvement program for them. Should have experience of communicating with foreign technical partners and senior leadership Team. Should have ability to lead team in future.
