Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
Conduct field trails activities including Bio efficacy/ Phyto toxicity trials of all kind of small molecule Projects, as per the protocol & projects assigned to define GAP. Understanding of the technical aspects of Field trials / crop/ pest knowledge.
Ensure/Provide Regulatory support to obtain regulatory trial data/reports from SAUs/ Govt. Authorities.
Capturing of trial data in SCOUT/technical Presentation. Provide technical support to external & internal stakeholders.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting Bio Efficacy / selectivity/ trials of all small molecules (Insecticide/Fungicide/SGR/PGR) trials to answer the technical questions of all indication with high quality & provide technical conclusion of the projects.
- Provide technical support to key stakeholders about new products.
- Registration and Regulatory Data generation from SAUs to obtain registration for CIB RC and SAU recommendations.
- Strong technical knowledge & Support to colleagues in technical need.
- Capturing all trial data in SCOUT / digital tools & capture all possible information.
- Focused approach /Undertake development of new & existing molecules of the organization. Define GAP for various project.
- Quality trial execution for fast decision-making.
- Ensuring quality data record process ( Scout)
- Speed up the decision-making by ensuring quality & conclusive trial data. Engagement with local Universities and Research Institutions for generating data for Registration of new and existing molecules. Support to the business by supporting in obtaining recommendation of our products from Local SAUs/POP. Support Field executive to enhance their efficiency.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum Master Degree in Agricultural Sciences.
- 2- 4 years of experience in Conducting field trials. Field experimentation.
- Knowledge of crop & Pest, agricultural practices, technologies in agriculture and customer needs.
- Good in communication and presentation skills.
- Team Player
- Knowledge of computer & analytical skills.
