Job Description


JOB PURPOSE:
Benchmarking & KPI expert is responsible to analyze various benchmarks/KPI's and understand possible improvement opportunities within our industry on various parameters like - digitalization, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement etc. This role will help to provide external view to design our strategy for SSCDN by sharing best practices followed in industry and to shape us move towards future state.
In short, this role will act as catalyst by collaborating with Centre Head's, Service Delivery Manager's and with Operation Manager's to help identify opportunities and provide benchmarks to look at as an organization.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Being part of a global (Collaboration) Team driving Benchmark and KPI Framework for our Shared Service Center Delivery Network (SSCDN)
  • Execution of Benchmark- and Best Practice research as preparation for providing strategic consulting on improvements, process adoptions or even strategic decisions within SSCDN
  • Analyze and establish benchmark KPI's to understand our current state and areas to improve
  • Drive implementation of a Benchmark Framework and drive cross-functional benchmark dimensions and supporting on function specific benchmark activities
  • Strong involvement in design, setup and orchestrating of a new SSCDN Leadership Dashboard showing KPIs, relevant for Bayer Stakeholders and for SSCDN LT Leadership itself and running Dashboard with KPI updates
  • Effectively Collaborate with OM's, SDM's and CH's to understand their expectations and specific needs to gather as inputs to arrive at data points to support overall strategy and way-forward
  • Identify, manage, and record escalation trends, review and identify root causes for escalations and use/share this information to continuously improve the service delivery quality within the teams
  • Drive regular regional status updates for all escalated issues and implementation of a fit-for-purpose deviation resolution methodology and safeguards adherence to it

WHO YOU ARE:
  • Master's degree in information technology, Business Administration or equivalent, with 5-8 years of experience
  • Preferable minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Shared Service Center environment preferable also with connect to Benchmark
  • Profound experience in data analytics and development of strategic and operational recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management (up to senior management) - Ability to influence stakeholders develop good relations with internal teams, leadership & Demonstrate stakeholder Centricity
  • Highly developed communication/presentation skills and strong executive presence
  • Comprehension for teamwork, ability for conflict management and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills, self-driven & result Oriented
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Initiative & Foresight (ability to see bigger picture), should be agile & a Quick Learner
