Hiring for Senior Patent Associate in Patent Prosecution Practice with Electrical / Electronic & Telecom / Computer Science BackgroundJob Description:
Senior Associate in the Elelctrical / Electronics & Telecom / Computer Science / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering patent prosecution practice.
Handling of patent searches, drafting, filing, prosecution, freedom-to-operate opinions and allied matters.
Management of junior team members and reporting to Partners.
Ideal Candidate:
Education-
UG:B.Tech/B.E. - Automobile, Chemical, Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical
PG:Post Graduation Not Required, M.Tech - Chemical, Computers, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Telecom, Computer Science,
Masters or equivalent in B.Tech. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical, Computer Science, Mechanical
Patent Agent with 3 to 5 years of PQE in patents.
Experienced in patent searches, patent drafting and patent prosecution practice.
Experience working in other IP Law Firm(s) or in-house.
Skills Required:
Self-starter.
Sound communication skills.
Independently handling clients/team members within the firm.
Attention to detail.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience.
