Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field
Hands- on technical experience as Mobile developer, or related role
Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
Experience
12+ years of clearly demonstrated experience developing efficient and maintainable software solutions.
Responsibilities
Exceptional experience with the Android platform is a key requirement.
Advanced experience in object- oriented programming languages (Java/ C/ C++) and patterns.
Solid prior experience with software development and technologies in the services oriented architecture space.
Experience in understanding large and complex code bases, including API design techniques to help keep them clean and maintainable.
A sound understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript along with advanced use of Android WebView
SQLite, Content Providers and Services
Hands- on experience with RESTSOAP based architecture and uses.
Performance and static analysis. Continuous Integration with 'Jenkins' or similar tools Awareness of the limitations, quirks and best practices with mobile devices
Experience working with bug management and source control systems. Unit Testing and creating testable applications.
Prior experience in a role with clear responsibility for delivering a critical and extensive solution.
A clear passion for exploring the latest technologies.
Must be a self- starter, able to prioritize your own workload, and meet deadlines
Exposure to Agile development: JIRA, SCRUM, KANBAN Board, and User Stories etc.
