Associate / Manager / Sr Manager- Key accounts
Job Description :
Achieve target sales from assigned Key Accounts.
Set annually contact schedule for each Key account (minimum one visit to each customer every 3months).
Prepare estimated annual sales volume for each Key Account in the beginning of the year.
Complete and present Monthly progress reports for assigned Key Account customer.
Co- ordinate with After Sales team (Service & Parts) to ensure priority treatment for Key accounts.
Complete a Monthly Activity Report to line manager .
Study the competitor key accounts, their relations with customer & plan actions to change them to company and key account.
Every year add at least 2 competitors key customers to our account.
Continuous improve products and application knowledge, regularly study competitors products specification and features.
Annually update fleet information and key contact person(s) for each assigned Key Account.
Updates your target industry/ customer segments and be fully familiar with competitors activities in your target industry/ customer segments.
