. Manage the RC transfer process for used cars in North 2 cities
. Handling team of RTO coordinators in these 2 states
. Ensure smooth ground operations with process adherence to deliver outcomes on agreed metrics
. Develop strong network of RTO vendors, with more expertise & improved set of services
. Engage with Internal & external stakeholders to improve quality of service on Cost, Quality, & Turn Around Time
. Regular performance reporting of the region with management
