Regional Business Analyst @ Symmetrical Global

Job Description :
Regional Business Analyst will be responsible for performing detailed analysis of any new functional requirement in company, provide multiple solution implementation options and create functional design of any new module of Oracle EBS or any functionality change in existing Oracle EBS module along with providing end to end support and clarifications to other teams in implementing the new functionality.
Minimum 5+ years of Oracle EBS (Functional) experience with R12.2.4 experience desirable
Should have done implementation of at least 2 end to end large financial transformation projects (Oracle EBS R12.X.X version)
Should have functional experience Oracle EBS modules like Purchasing (PO), Oracle General Ledger (GL), Account Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Sub- ledger Accounting (SLA), Project Accounting (PA), Property (PM) and AGIS modules.
Knowledge of any EMEA or LATAM localizations/ customizations will be an added advantage.
Should be good at analyzing and documenting requirements, providing multiple solution options.
Should be good in preparation of functional design documents as per Oracle AIM methodology.
Partner with the Quality Assurance team to share project information and validate test scripts.
Will also perform and coordinate system testing and write and execute testing plans.
Good experience of end- user interaction for requirements gathering, understanding customer needs and working with multiple groups across different geographies to coordinate and carry out functional activities related to any new development and maintenance/ production support activities.
Experience in working in onshore- offshore model is preferred
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP ) will be added advantage
Knowledge of Oracle UPK will be added advantage.
Skills
Should be capable of working as an individual contributor.
Coordinate with other enterprise business analyst across geographies.
BE, BTech, CA, MBA (Finance), ICWA or any other finance degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines, Self- motivated, able to work in a team and independently
