Position Overview
The Associate has to process the orders requested by Diebold Technicians or Sub-Contractors across the United States and Canada for the parts through the regional mailboxes and inbound phone calls. He also has to cater to the queries raised by the technicians regarding the order or the shipment status.
You are responsible for
  • Categorizing and decisively processing the orders based on the urgency.
  • Check the part type and availability and decides the most appropriate source of the part and sends through the appropriate shipment method based on location of technician, priority of the order, availability of the part and making necessary changes to the inventory when required.
  • Coordinating with Technicians, sourcing entities like Diebold Warehouse or Third part Forward Stocking locations like UPS FSL and supporting teams like Parts Escalations team, GSL shipping team and Inventory management team.
  • Part forms are submitted by Technicians / Sub Contractors or NROC team member which are to be processed.
  • Need to check for the parts which are locally available for the technician to procure and fix the ATM on priority
  • Entering Supply/Tool orders in Oracle
  • For Emergency Orders especially for Top 12 Banks, whenever Unit is down. FSL Availability is to be explored as a primary option and needs the order to be entered within 2 hours of TAT.
  • Orders are to be booked through Oracle and whenever the quantity is not readily available we need to book the orders as back orders and make expediting team to source the part by filling in Big 12 Tracker or PES Form.
  • Should be taking both inbound and outbound calls to assist technicians to order the Parts

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or related
  • Work experience in a comparable position for at least 2 years.
  • Fluent English skills
