* Manager - Insurance Distribution
Job Purpose

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - . End to end ownership of P&L management for Insurance Distribution business . Financial Management activities include: o Financial modelling o Preparation of daily and milestone driven P&L model o End to end responsibility of monthly review decks o Ownership of documents - Incentive policies product changes contests cross sell etc. o Financial alignment with MA and FP&A team o Preparation of monthly detailed plan in collaboration with sales heads o Timely submission of estimates changes in plan and achievement tracking o Preparation of flash reports & timely submission o Incentive calculation provisioning and roll out for field and tele-binding teams o Tracking each component of portfolio o Detailed cancellation analysis & tracking o Tracking each line item of P&L o Other financial models and P&L tracking requirement . Work closely with management accounting FPNA and business teams for all business requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
* 1. CA with 1-2 years of work experience 2. Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills 3. Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well with stakeholders 4. Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company 5. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
