Job Description
SAP Plant Maintenance or Manufacturing requirement
Basic Skills
7-10 years SAP S4 / ECC hands on implementation exp is must in any of above modules
Any implementation exp in Digital manufacturing on cloud or Intelligent Asset Management a big plus but not mandatory .
Configuring experience in SAP modules as per business requirements.
Strong skills in creating FSD/SRS, BRDs and maintaining the RTM all through the project to help the developers and the testing team.
Experience in creating Traceability matrix that traces any technical object to respective BRD through an FSD.
Analyzing business processes to identify functional gaps and points of external integration.
Mapping business processes to SAP functionalities.
Preparing description and flow - charts of business processes using MS Visio.
Strong experience in developing test plans, estimations, test cases, test scripts, managing defect cycle and providing reports on daily basis to the PMOs.
Good knowledge on Agile Environment, handling Scrums with one or more Sprints.
Candidate need to be strong in one of the below functional areas
Plant Maintenance ( If candidate is Plant maintenance , Below are skills needed)
7-10 years Experience in Plant Maintenance includes corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, spare consumption, refurbishment of repairable spares and external services.
Understanding business process and preparing Maintenance Plans (Time based and Performance based).
Master data maintenance - Materials masters, Equipment Master, Functional Locations and Work Centers.
AP PM Maintenance Processing- Operational Functions & Controlling Functions.
SAP PM Management of Technical Objects
SAP PM Preventive Maintenance & Service
SAP PM Breakdown Maintenance/Corrective Maintenance/Project Oriented Maintenance
Any experience with SAP intelligent asset management experience in PDMS
SAP manufacturing ( If candidate is SAP manufacturing , Below are skills needed)
7-10 years SAP manufacturing experience ( PP /MES /MII )
The SAP Mfg and Planning Lead works with key business users to gather business requirements; designs and develops solutions; creates blueprints, functional specs and performs Unit/integration testing.
Configuration of master data and be able to guide and train the users on Business Process
Posses good hands on SAP ME implementation exp ( Process or Discrete industry )
Has implemented at least 2 SAP ME projects in either S4 or latest ECC
Familiarity with industry standards, such as GAMP V model, ANSI/ISA-95 and ANSI/ISA-88
