POST :-- LIASION OFFICER

INDUSTRY :-- PESTICIDES

JOB LOCATION :-- DERA BASSI ( PUNJAB )

• Inter action follow up and LIASION with all GOVT. District Agriculture Officers at District level. Marketing Federation district level/Head Office and All wholesale dealers.
• Intimation through mails and messages to all district agriculture officers and Market Regional Managers with regard supplies allotments and pending acknowledgements.
• Preparing various statements for sales, stocks, rake disposal, Rake handling contractors bills, district wise supply, periodic reconciliations.
• Periodic submission of invoices, statement of accounts to dealers, All District Managers of Markfed.
• Correspondence through mails and messages with all the stake holders
• Any other activity as assigned by the controlling officer.
