Well versed in installing windows, software, applications, antivirus and patches.
Working knowledge of IP Configuration of Networking Devices, Modem or Wi-Fi and printers.
Adept at repairing computer hardware including Windows-based PCs and Macintosh Apple platforms.
Expert user of Microsoft office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint and Access).
In-depth knowledge of performing hardware and software support for windows and Mac products.
Effective skills in supporting server room team.
To Comfort with fast-paced, motivated, adjusting in all environment and situations
