Basic Function
  • Implementation: Involved in entire business and configuration activities associated with LDS implementations.

Essential Functions
  • Must have experience on Insurance, Annuity products
  • Experience in development and Support projects
  • Experience with Agile methodology and working in a dynamic environment
  • Establishes and maintains a close-working relationship with all project stakeholders and technical staff to ensure alignment between solutions being delivered to business goals.
  • Possesses the required technical knowledge to manage all aspects of an Information Technology project
  • Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements.
  • Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
  • Having Life insurance certifications such as LOMA will be added advantage

  • SQL functions, queries. Being able to write stored procedures is an added advantage.

  • BS/BE/MCA/MBA graduate

  • Total of 5-8 years in a various roles associated to Business analysis , software testing , Risk management, Experience in Insurance applications ,Technical Documentation, Leading and managing Projects
