Responsibilites

  • Field driven candidate enriched with Techno -Commercial Acumen: 50% Technical 50% Commercial with understanding to Inculcate Sales & TSS team with techno-commercial proficiency to drive growth and enhance customer delight.

  • engagement for flow cytometry portfolio (FLOW REAGENTS FLOWCYTOMETER ANALYSER, CELL SORTER.

  • Aligning tp organization's commercial strategy with the importance of customer-centric models

  • Creating collaboration with customers to drive Growth

  • Deep diving in the territory to understand/explore specific customer flow cytometry needs

  • . Frequent customer visits per quarter to unclog the critical cases, streamlining campaigns and

  • Understanding the competitor's marketing tactics/strategy.

  • . 1promotional events/Qtr in the year to be organized to highlight Attune NxT flow cytometer and

  • educating the customers for the best available solutions for their experiments.

  • . Product commercialization by identifying market opportunities and addressing the right customer segment.

  • Revenue : Meet or Exceed Growth Commitment

Job Requirement:

  • Education : MSc, Life Science/Biotechnology

  • Experience : Minimum 5 Years of Techno - Commercial Sales /Business Development Experience Preferably In Cell Analysis/Imaging/Cytometry experience.

  • Skills : Good Presentation Skills Basic Hand of Experience on Any Cell Analysis Instruments.

  • Soft skills: Collaboration with flexibility among co-workers Active Listening and Effective Communication with value creation.

  • Travel frequency :50%
