Job Description
. Partner with Functional head/ stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives that will improve overall engagement, productivity and retention for the unit
. Provide expertise in the following areas: Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance Management, Coaching, Compensation and Rewards, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Rewards and Recognition programs, Data Analysis, Strategic HR Initiatives and so on
. Analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies to improve retention
. Initiate and plan regular HR Training for all employees with a view to educate employees on Policies, knowledge orientation and self-development sessions etc.
. Ensure that all HR related communication is appropriately cascaded, provide forums for employees to raise issues/concerns and also ensure that the same is effectively redressed and provide engagement solutions to address concerns
. Support other ad-hoc projects and Organization Development tasks, as required
. Oversee all the activities related to HR function and work closely with functional teams and HR team members

- Post-graduation/Master's degree in Human Resource from a reputed B School
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Proven experience in managing Human Resource for a mid to large scale multi - location operations
- Thorough knowledge of HR Domain and Industry best practices
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ability to work on various HR projects for the BU
