Job Description


  • Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients in accordance with established service level agreements via AWD complaint work types and group mailboxes.
  • Assist Management in the indexing and assignment of complaint received for BPO clients.
  • Interfaces with team members, management, and customers in reference to customer service issues dealing with complaint reports produced.
  • Reviews client reports on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity prepares and submits report to management and monthly complaint reporting.
  • Reviews and recommends modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
  • Participate in monthly complaint reporting for Root Cause Analysis and generate reporting and coordination of meetings.
  • Provide back up support in producing subpoena documentation via AWD for several clients and produce in a manner acceptable for all BPS clients.
  • Assist with the production of documents as needed in response to Market Conduct Exams.
  • Provide monthly trending reports on complaint numbers for the BPS.
  • Assist the compliance department in tracking and sending follow up requests for associates that need to complete required training.
  • Assist Management and compliance staff in requesting new access to systems and password resets from the compliance team.
  • Ability to work with internal customers to obtain documents as needed to respond to Subpoenas

SYSTEMS.
AWD for all BPS clients
BI reporting for all of those clients
Proficient in Excel
Sharepoint where the root cause meetings are housed.
Written communication as reports and emails will be communicated to clients
Adobe Pro as the documents will have to be bound in a format acceptable to the client in the production of documents for the multiple AWD request. In addition, those documents will need to be edited once bound to give to the client.
Good time Management and Management of due dates as required to produce and manage the Monthly complaint reports, root cause meetings and assignment of complaints.
