Job Description


** Candidate should be well experienced in Pre Sales, Bid Management, RFI, RFP, Application Development/ Software
*** Immediate Joiners are highly considerable.
*** Telecom/ITES are not considerable.
  • High-level knowledge of the different areas/categories of application development
  • A consultative mindset to look at the big picture by identifying the client's pain areas/business problems, come out with multiple solution options, and propose optimal solutions to the client
  • Experience in owning the proposal response end to end
  • Ability to identify the different stakeholders required to create a response in line with a customers problem statement
  • Getting work done from the different stakeholders in time
  • Basic understanding of the SDLC, project management, loading, team structure
  • Experience working with MS Office (Word and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in working with teams collaboratively, and remote as well
  • Articulation: the ability to weave the proposal creatively, addressing the customer's problem statement, across all the different sections of the proposal
  • Good hold on written English
  • Ability to go beyond the stated requirements and think out-of-the-box to present new ideas that deliver tangible business benefit
  • Ability to do required research on client/industry/competition/technology/domain
  • Ability to craft a customized proposal and a differentiated storyline - keeping the client requirements, competition, and organizations core strengths in mind
  • A passion to take complete ownership of the bid with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to effectively lead diverse teams, set expectations, review collaterals, and escalate (when necessary)
  • Ability to challenge the collateral that comes from various stakeholders in the bid team, by asking the right questions and making sure that the collateral addresses the client requirements
  • Strong planning skills and a commitment to meet deliverable timelines
  • Conversant with the recent technology trends including new-age technologies
  • Confident to present proposals internally to C-level executives for review
  • Basic designing skills to present the content effectively to clients/prospects
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Attention to detail: grammar, formatting, and aesthetics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills
