The Role Responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize Initiatives, Epics and User Stories aligned with product strategy.


• Facilitate user-engagement (demos, appointment of SME&rsquos, end-users for a defined sprint).


• Work closely with Product Owner & Director- Product Management to optimize business value and product ROI.


• Monitor and measure success of new product features through analytical tools.


• Manage feedback of user engagement to optimize future product development.


• Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.


• Follow the industry and market developments to propose new innovations.


• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.


• 12+ years overall experience of which last 7+ years should be in an Agile/Scrum environment


• Outstanding analysis, project management, communication and presentation skills


• Sharp mind and creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills


• Understanding and visibility of FinTech / Private Markets


• A passion for leveraging analytics and metrics to drive effectiveness


• Team player who likes to work with others and is flexible to get the job done


• Knowledge of Design thinking methodologies (Users centric approaches) would be an asset


• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
