We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for Professional Assistant and Admin executivebased at Navi Mumbai or Bangalore.

Job Purpose:
To service the wider business with professional administrative support solutions.
Key Qualifications:
  • Graduation degree
  • Vocational qualification by experience is acceptable.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Professional administrative services to include:
    • Production and formatting of documentation / reports
    • Entering expenses
    • Travel booking
    • Room booking
    • Venue booking
    • Diary management
    • Inbox management
    • Client research (e.g. internet research)
    • Taking minutes and following up on actions
    • Raising Purchase Orders
    • Drafting presentations
    • Helping with Timesheets
    • Adhoc Tasks as and when assigned
  • Access systems to process data and produce reports
  • Respond to and resolve all types of enquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex queries on to or involve others
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement of processes and system

Dimensions of the job:
  • Prioritizes own workload
  • Work undertaken to meet required timelines
  • Handles more complex problems and issues

Knowledge & Experience:
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft programs including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent business English both written and oral
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Visio, InDesign, Basics of PowerBI, Microsoft Sway, would be an added advantage
  • Ability to handle multiple confidential/private information
  • In depth experience working in an administrative support role
  • Professional and proactive approach
  • Team player
