Team Overview
We have an exciting job opportunity for a Build & Tools Engineer in our NSX ALB Engineering team. You will be part of the Build & Tools team for the industry leading load balancer product - everything from Build Infra, Build failure analysis, Secure Pipeline Requirement , Transformation of Build process to the next gen process , Jenkins Pipeline modification, Tools and frameworks required for the team.

Job Role and Responsibility:
- Writing code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
- Develop and Manage the tools and frameworks deployed and create new as required
- Creates and maintains moderately complex automated scripts. Develops reusable automated scripts from a variety of interfaces.
- Schedules and performs testing as assigned submits errors and issues to development for correction, and retests once errors have been corrected tests corrected code. Tracks defects and causal analysis to closure.
- Coordinates and monitors complex automation projects from initiation through delivery.
- Experience with network, system, firewall administration
- Help in Security Analysis
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge and experience working in a DevOps, CI/CD environment.
5+ years of experience as a Tools engineer in a large server farm/environment using Python/Go. Very Good experience with Networking & Testing
Experience in ML
Excellent experience with Python automation and developing tools
Developing UI using React/Angular JS
Enjoy working in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong programming/scripting and troubleshooting skills, background with extensive knowledge of
Unix/Linux, and virtualization/cloud concepts
Languages experience: Python, Go
Experience of using tools to integrate best practices like static code analysis, automated unit tests & regression tests, code coverage analyzers, creation of sandbox environments etc. Experience of Building & Packaging applications and dependencies
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ML is a plus
- Experience in Public Cloud is a plus.
