Good working experience in big Data centers
Nutanix Certified NCP / NPP / NCSE
Passionate in learning latest technologies and product update with continuous focus on DC related certifications such as any server, storage.
Build relationship with OEM for Technical support and assistance
IT literate and proficient in the use of computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point.
Self-motivated
Able to work in a calm, logical and professional manner always.
Good Communication Skill is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Proficient with day to day operations of Nutanix Solutions
Advanced problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
Ability to instruct and perform TOI (Transfer of information) to employees or train in larger groups (up to 8)
Presentation or public speaking skills
Understands Nutanix Best practices and problem-solving skills to present options to target customer use cases
Consistently follows methodogies to create solutions that achieve a specific business outcome
Establishes relationship with direct customer technical counterparts and first line or second line customer management
Document and Operationalize Nutanix environment
Develop standards on deploying /maintaining VMs
Develop standards on deploying /maintaining Nutanix storage
Develop standards on deploying /maintaining network config on Nutanix
Work to establish Nutanix patching patterns
Ensure compliance on Nutanix Systems
Prepares weekly progress reports using established engagement procedures
Open the case with Support and should be able to independently drive the call involving support team and customer
Keeps management informed of any operational changes
should be well versed with keeping up the balance between customer and Tech9labs
Well versed in the Nutanix product line and engaged with the customer environment to proactively provide solution recommendations as the customer environment evolves
