Roles and Responsibilities As an integral member of technology team responsible to maintain network up time for co. and monitor pan India network operations with highly effective partner management skills1. Managing OEMs for broadband Core network operations & FTTH service provisioning.2. Planned event assessment, approvals as per co. philosophy & coordination with Core OEM & Partners for all major/minor migration/upgradation events3. Quarterly Network audits & network PM plans4. Enabling SOC - technical team with various technical processes to improve their resolution time for technical issues.5. Managing organization's SLA/KPI and adherence to TRAI/DOT regulations.6. Improve Network Quality of Services continuously7. Self-initiative plans for Network Opex Saving8. Safeguard the organization's processes and policies.9. Strict adherence to SOP and the defined processes10. Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees and vendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols11. Confirm your actions are compliant as per Information Security PolicyNone

1. Routing /Switching / ISP network - expert level certification preferred (CCNP/CCIE)

1. Specialist in Broadband Core and BNG
2. Knowledge & Experience of Telecom, Broadband industry is must
3. Detailed understanding of broadband FTTH network & services
4. Core Network - BNG, CGNAT, IGW, Caching, Internet peering, DDoS (must)
5. Network Application - AAA, PCRF, URL filter, antispam, DNS, DHCP, NMS, EMS
6. Telco Transport network - MPLS, DWDM, SDH etc
7. Experience in Configuration and Troubleshooting of Triple-Play service like Voice, Video and Data
8. Detail Knowledge of services like - IPoE, PPPoE, TAL , static IP , frame route etc .
9. Hands-on experience of IP/Routing protocol - RIPv2, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, EIGRP
10. Hands-on experience of Cisco/Juniper/Huawei Routes, Firewall, BNG
11. DOT regulatory compliances - LIM, Security agency Queries etc.
12. Working experience of network design including switching, routing, QoS and firewalls
13. MS Office experience - working knowledge of Word, Power Point, Excel, Project.
14. Positive attitude, leadership qualities, well organized, dependable, and excellent listening skills.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
