- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1- Lead a module with 4-5 developers 2- Prepare Technical Design based on high level design and business requirements for FSL 3- Perform Build and Unit test of Salesforce modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality 4- Conduct peer review, guide team members 5- Status reporting of the tasks complete by team as per agreed schedule and budget
- Technical Experience : 1- Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, Customization 2- SME in Service Cloud and FSL PD1 Certified 3- Development project on custom development using ForceCom Min 2 project executed end-end preferably using Agile methodology 4- Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery 5- Knowledge of Development tools, IDEs, and configuration management tools, defect management process and tools 6- 4-5 years of Salesforce experience
- Professional Attributes : 1- Good communication skills 2- Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore 3- Plan and execute tasks as per agreed timelines and budget 4- Team player, ability to work independently and assist juniors
- Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full time education
