Salary-16k to 27k CTC

Working Days-5 Days working

Cabs-Cabs in Odd Hour & Shuttle Service

Shift-Day Shift

Benefits-Travel Allowence, Bonus & Incentives,

Job Location-Gurugram

Candidates will be given Training regarding Process & Policies about the process that they will get selected.

Job Description:-

  • Handling Customer Queries on Calls,
  • Solving Customer issues on Calls ,
  • Giving Customer details regarding the Benefits of the offer & the product,

Retaining the Customer On the Same Network by giving the Benefits of the service that we are providing to the customer

Graduate & Undergraduate both Can Apply for the process and Salary Hike will depend on the Experience.

Excellent Communication Skill Required.

Candidates Having Prior Experience in customer Service & Sales or Insurance Process will be given extra Edge.
