JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLEDy Manager QAREPORTING TO CEO/AGM-MFG
LOCATION Yeshwanthpur, BangalorePRIMARY REPORTEES Executives(QA)
EXPERIENCE 7-8 YearsEDUCATION MANDATORY BE -Mech/Production eng.
PREFERRED AGE BAND 28 to 35 Yrs.REMUNERATION BAND 5 to 8.5 Lacs
Key responsibilities:
Drive robust Quality culture in the organization:

Allocate manpower to ensure quality checks at each step to meet the required specifications
Keep the lab in good condition 5s, Machine maintenance.
Customer complaint Management:
Drive 8D methodology to address customer complaints/issues on the shop floor
Keen on root cause analysis, 7 QC tools and should use it as part of problem-solving method
Maintenance of records:
Inspection report for Raw materials, in-process inspection records, Pre-dispatch inspection, CAPA, packaging inspection, etc.
Training & Development:

Give on-the-job training to the factory workers on 7QC tools, customer requirements.
Cost savings & others
Reduce the wastages in the factory (Identify the 8 waste and eliminate them)
Reduce the internal rejections
General Job Duties:

ISO 9001:2015 QMS implementation / documentation
Internal and external audit as per ISO 9001:2015
Achieves QOT (Quality Objective Target).
