Job Description

Duties and responsibilities
Strong modeling (Corporate business model, budgets, cash flow forecasts, assessment of new business opportunities, valuation etc) skills.
Working experience of execution of joint ventures/share purchase agreements/M&A transactions
Experience of due diligence, managing and evaluating data room.
Corporate presentation preparation experience (proficient knowledge of Excel and Power Point)
Analytical skills and extensive experience with financial and business performance analysis
Knowledge of Indian economy, macroeconomic trends, etc
Experience of communication with research analysts, presenting to investors, drafting press releases and public statements is an added advantage.
