Job Description
1.Domestic booking
Flight availability with the lowest fare to the client with the date change penalty and brief about cancellation rule to the client
Book a seat for the client
Issue the ticket along with the GST details
First Reissue for the date change
Cancellation of the ticket partial or full cancellation as per the fare rule and guide the client accordingly
Process the refund (full refund or partial refund)
2.International booking
Offered best fare to the client mention them about refundable and non refundable fare with the change and cancellation rule
Explain them about timings example the hrs and day for the change and cancellation
Client select the airline and blocked a seat and again mention the change and cancellation rule with the time limit and before issuing the ticket ask the visa from the client (before blocking a seat ask for the passport detail in PDF format)
Issue the ticket along with the GST details
Update the passport detail and visa detail in the Passenger Name Record (booking)
First reissue for the date change
Ticket cancellation as per the fare rule
Process the refund
Coordinate with the client for the visa issuance
Travel insurance as per the client requirement
