Overall, 8-10 years BPO experience is must, As Manager 3 Years is must

• Heads the overall Training Function for the Process
• Ensuring timely delivery of training batches on floor
• To ensure performance enhancement in terms of revenue and customer experience scores by providing regular inputs for improvisation
• Identifying & streamlining various inter departmental process gaps for developing a uniform approach and providing them with analysis on key workable areas for improvement, either internally or at Client level
• Ensuring proper Quality drive for Nesting Bucket & BQ Associates to provide proper learning to them
• Lead and Manage, the guidelines adherence through Process Calibration on regular basis

Ensure smooth functioning of the process and compliance to procedures & policy guidelines

• Monitor & review Trainers Performance on monthly basis.
• Ensuring timely delivery of training batches on floor
• Making training calendar every month & planning of training rooms accordingly
• Problem solving techniques
• Sharing monthly corporate review deck with clients.
• Trainer & training rooms audits
• Tracking health of process in terms of knowledge check, refreshers requirement, 0-30 days performance monitoring.
• Monthly advance EWS tracking in training to control attrition
• Arrange TTT for new Trainers/TLs
