National Sales Manager is responsible for planning & delivering sales target objectives for the region with his team Leading the entire Sales Function of the organization Introducing new product categories to the market by leading the sales team in product launches Providing leadership over the sales department. He / She will be in charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the departments performance against targets Develop and manage sales marketing operating budgets. analyse and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. Strategic Role: Design new product-market strategies, build relationships with customers and Industry associations and industry bodies towards brand building for the company Deliver an optimized market mix relative to the core target consumers and identifies the roadmap that will lead to achievement of the departments goals as well as the overall goals of the business Implementing sales strategies that further the departments agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business On quarterly basis do SWOT analysis of sales performance at PAN India Level. He is responsible to ensure the planning & execution of overall sales business strategy to achieve sustainable, profitable development and growth of the division through his sales team. Evaluate & approve costing & estimation for customized solutions with the team Ensure timely payment collections Review & monitor team performance along with providing regular constructive feedback to improve performance of individuals and teams in the organization Motivation, retention, and career growth of the team We need candidates from FMCG (Food) Industry with Tea experience preferred. Note: We would need a candidate who is currently on a NSM level. If not NSM, then he should be on a ZSM level who has handled West and South region in the current role and a brief knowledge about (East/ North) region Desired Candidate
