Looking for Candidate who has Strong Experience in Business Analysis,Corporate Strategy,Operation,Project Management Only from Pharma, or Chemical Industry.

Mandatory Education : B.Sc(Chemistry),Msc (Science),B.Pharma,M.Pharma

Technically Strong in terms of Chemistry,Chemicals.

• Working as a Corporate Strategist & Business analyst in the role of an Executive Assistant to CEO
• Coordinate with different functional heads to obtain data regarding business strategies, operations, profitability, issues, etc.
• Review and modify company presentations, company profiling, company financial reports for ensuring data accuracy and highlighting the company's unique strength and expertise in business, thus projecting a positive image of the company.
• Do business planning with marketing, operations, procurement and finance team and prepare annual budget, quarterly projections.
• Presenting molecule wise business scenario to top management for strategizing.
• Project Management, Execution.
• Handling Escalation
• Cross Functional Management, Team Management.

• Business development
  • Technical and commercial discussion with parties
  • Secondary market research on Pharma intermediates, Reference Standards,API,Impurities,Lab Chemicals.
• Success through Collaboration
  • Communicate with R&D, Project, Production, Planning, Business Development team, etc. for various in-house or outsourcing initiatives, and assist them in successful implementation.
  • To ensure that decisions taken by the Top management are implemented down the line. Monitor the same and update the Top management on status periodically.
