Description - CTO / Head Engineering position with a leading Fintech in SE Asia (Series B funded). Looking for a seasoned technology leader with prior track record of working in a Unicorn / organization that has seen scale of 10 - 100.
Client Details :
Our client is a leading Fintech in SE Asia with its sight set to become a unicorn. With expanding operations in emerging markets they are looking to hire a CTO / Head of Engineering to lead multi-geography teams and drive growth by building scalable products.
Description:
Reporting to the CEO, your key responsibilities will include:
- Scope and lead technical projects with enormous impact across many teams
- Directly leading architecture review for scale & stability
- Drive integration across platforms
- Serve as a role model to a high calibre engineering team
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions like product, design and customer success.
Profile :
- BTech CS or equivalent from a leading technology institute
- 15+ years of of experience in a Unicorn / organization that has seen scale from 10 - 100 and beyond
- 5+ years in leading Engineering as a function
- Managed teams that have a track strong record
- Successfully recruited and mentored engineers
- Ability to collaborate across levels and functions to achieve goals
