Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment for Various profiles, shortlisting profiles, scheduling interviews and coordinating between departments
  • Oversee personnel records(e.g. Contracts, PTO and so on). Update company database with the data of new employees (e.g. Background, qualification, skill, etc).
  • Create and circulate documents about the policies of our organization.
  • Collect payroll information including working days, ledgers and bank accounts.
  • Publish and remove job ads on different platforms (e.g. job boards, social networks, careers pages, etc).
  • Schedule prospective candidates job interviews and be a point of contact as required.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the aggregate number of hires by the department.
  • Create materials to train and onboard the employees.
  • Respond to inquiries of employees with respect to benefits like the precedent, number of qualified vacation days, etc.
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
  • Addressing grievances of employees and the management and coordinating /resolving them appropriately
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
  • Internal Office Administration including supervising the office assistants,peon, cleaning staff, coordination for office supplies, receiving calls in absence of the coordinating person etc
Educational Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. Experience Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement. Additional Job Requirements
  • Should have advance verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment

Good communication skills, Soft Spoken, English Speaking & Writing is Mandatory
