Desired Candidate Profile
Summary-
KVP is hiring Project Manager with 7+ years in a technology environment, including 5+ years of practical professional experience in project management. Salesforce knowledge is mandatory.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of the project life cycle for complex projects
- Managing and contributing to the process of defining the project mission and scope.
- Preparing, monitoring, and maintaining the project objectives and deliverables.
- Managing quality performance against standards.
- Managing the disseminating of information.
- Anticipating, tracking, and resolving action items, issues, and changes and escalating them when appropriate.
- Managing the expectations of the project sponsors, team members, and customers.
- Achieving project objectives on time and within budget.
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively facilitate meetings and/or project discussions
- Evaluates and recommends appropriate blend of resources to meet project needs
- Track project budget, time sheet allocation and capacity planning on a weekly basis
- Lead multiple projects with a waterfall/agile methodology from Initiation to completion
Required Candidate profile
Qualification & Skills Required:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. In lieu of a degree, 7 years of related business experience
- Salesforce.com / CRM experience is mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Strong command of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Able to successfully multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in Waterfall & Agile methodologies
- PMP/CSM certified added advantage
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess the ability to manage and resolve conflict/resistance
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E.
PG: MCA - Computers, M.Tech
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
