Effectively manage relationships with Corporates. Design and drive employee referral programs.
Plan and execute campus recruiting activities. Responsible for planning and coordinating events, assessment and interviews for hiring candidates.
Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of the position.
Conduct prescreening interviews.
Collate documents of shortlisted candidates and share them with the onboarding team.
Maintain pertinent applicant and interview data and generate reports.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate with a minimum of 2+ yrs. of recruiting experience.
Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations. We are looking for a team player with a solid work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates.
Flexibility and the ability to change direction quickly and be comfortable in a fast-paced and potentially ambiguous environment.
A solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment - the ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.
