Job Description

Team Management and driving them in the field.
Analysis of the market and forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thus enhancing clientele.
Directing field force to achieve operational objectives viz., distribution, coverage, merchandise, and sales targets.
Carrying out regular feedback analysis, competitor, position market survey, and formulated action plan.
Training of the applicator on a timely basis for proper application at the client site.
Ensuring proper application of product at site.
Organizing sales promotional programs like Dealer & Distributors meet.
Product finalization, negotiation and make an order for a distributor according to requirement.
Handling channel sales & Project Sales, their requirements, schemes, queries, and targets. To do various promotional activities.
Handling High-end customers, discounts, and coordination of services with the service team.
