We are urgently hiring for Sr. Manager - Marketing & Operations, Mumbai as per the below requirement:-Designation: Sr. Manager Marketing & Operations
Qualification: MBA Finance/ Operations
Experience: 7 to 10 years in school management and finance
Reporting to: COO, Birla Open Minds, Mumbai

Job description:
Financial Competency:
- To ensure the positive financial health of the franchise and COCO schools through strict vigilance on expenses and guidance for the same
- To make strategies on effective cost-cutting at the school while maintaining the highest level of quality as per brand norms
- To prepare/collate weekly/ monthly financial MIS and share the same with HOD
Marketing/ Branding:
- To assist in planning marketing strategies at local levels with the HO marketing team and implement the same as per timelines
- Plan and implement events at school for brand building in the locality
Logistical / Operations competency:
- To ensure occupancy as per SOP and weekly franchise & COCO reports are mailed to the Director
- To conduct full School Audits once a year and share the report with HOD.
- To prepare ramp up for new schools & monthly updates with regards to admissions (quarterly) & department wise updates as per the timeline.
- To work on projections and budget for the academic year
- To ensure schools receive all deliverables as per academic timelines
- To share accurate quarterly reports of Admissions to the accounts team and royalty collection as per timelines
- To ensure that the highest standards of hygiene are always maintained at the franchise and COCO schools.
- To ensure that all SOPs/ Policies are followed strictly by all departments
- To coordinate with local vendors/ HO specified vendors for procurement of all material as per requirement
- To coordinate with all departments at HO for smooth functioning at the franchise and COCO schools.
- To oversee the transportation system at the franchise and COCO schools and ensure all compliances are met at per district/ state level
- To take charge of all non-academic aspects of the franchise and COCO schools like maintenance, etc to meet the brand quality at all times
- To assist the Principal in the recruitment of academic and non-academic staff by issuing letters as per brand protocol in conjunction with the HR team at HO
Admissions:
- To meet the target number of admissions as set by HO
- To be present at the franchise and COCO schools to address all queries of parents/ staff as and when required
Other Mobility:
Must be adept in the use of MS Office applications Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel to a competent standard
- Great collaborator inside and outside the company
- A good leader to instil confidence and guide reporting team
- A strong believer in teamwork and ensuring executions of tasks on hand
- Multi-tasker
